How do I receive my files after purchase?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, an email is sent to your address with a secure download link. You can also access all your purchases anytime from your TeesLanding account: log in → My Account → Downloads.

What file formats are included?

Each design bundle includes SVG and PNG files. SVG is the primary format, fully scalable, editable, and compatible with Cricut, Silhouette, Illustrator, Canva Pro, and Inkscape. PNG files include a transparent background at high resolution, suitable for Canva, Photoshop, online print services, and POD platforms. EPS files are not included as they are a professional prepress format not compatible with personal-use craft software.

Can I use these files with my Cricut?

Yes. SVG files open directly in Cricut Design Space. Upload the SVG, size it as needed, and cut or print as desired.

Can I use these files with my Silhouette?

Yes. SVG files are fully compatible with Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition and above). Standard edition users can use the PNG file instead.

Can I use these files in Canva?

Yes. PNG files with transparent backgrounds upload directly into Canva and work across all Canva tiers. Canva Pro users can also import SVG files.

Does the download link expire?

No. Your download link does not expire and you can re-download your files at any time from your account.

Can I use these designs on products I sell?

No. All files are sold under a Personal Use Licence only. You may print them for personal use and make handmade gifts for friends and family. You may not sell products made from these files commercially, use them in a print-on-demand shop, or resell the files. The full licence is included as a LICENSE.pdf in your download ZIP.

Can I share the files with a friend?

No. Each purchase covers one licence for one individual’s personal use. Please direct friends to purchase their own licence from TeesLanding.

What if the files don't open or I have a technical issue?

Contact us via the Contact page or email and we will help you immediately. Common issues are usually resolved by extracting the ZIP file correctly before opening the files, or ensuring your software version supports SVG. We are happy to assist.

Are returns or refunds available for digital downloads?

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be ‘returned,’ we do not offer refunds based on preference or change of mind. If you experience a technical issue with your files, they are corrupt, incomplete, or not what was described, we will replace them or issue a refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority.

I didn't receive my download email, what do I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, log into your TeesLanding account and go to My Account → Downloads to access your files directly. If you still can’t access them, contact us and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
