Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
